Last week, Sliders went greener, adding a recycling program to our business. We now separate all plastics, papers, and metals from food debris to be recycled in a single-stream program. The first week was rough, oyster shells thrown in the blue bins, drink cups in the gray bins, but we’re getting there, making less mistakes, and less addition to landfills. We’re very proud and excited to do what we can to help the planet, and this initiative is helping take us in that direction. And though the first week was rough, it was also a success that’ll keep on growing.
